Backwards week for me - Big Win Monday: 100k sub warhammer YTer/Future potential client guy demoed my software in front of his 150 person current cohort today. I'm gifting annual subscriptions to them in exchange for advertising on channel. Positive feedback from them (he left me a voice note this morning). Just going with the flow + not pushing too hard and navigating well.
