The system
Daily tracking, weekly calls and quarterly rankings. The system we built after watching every other men's group disappear.
The digital third place
Voice calls like Zoom and messaging like iMessage, but programmable, so we built bots that make tracking effortless and progress visible to everyone.
Voice channels run throughout the day. Men connect constantly, not just when a call is scheduled.
Channels for every part of life keep the conversation going between calls.
CalorieBot and our other bots run inside the server, so tracking happens where the men already are.
Some guys are in voice every day. Others hang back for a while. The system is designed to compel, not coerce. When the daily rhythm feels natural instead of forced, men stay.
CalorieBot
MyFitnessPal is tedious. Every tracker built on manual entry is. So Trav spent three years building CalorieBot, an AI that lives inside Discord and tracks your nutrition, workouts and steps without you logging a thing.
Snap a photo of your meal and get calories in four seconds. Type "bench 225 for 5" and it's logged. When you're doing it alongside other men, the tracking becomes the motivation.

📋 Quick Actions
Business Forum
Every member is charging forward in his business, and every move uncovers something: what's working, what's not, what just changed. Business Forum is how we share it.
Seminars. Trav teaches cutting-edge tech as he ships it: AI agents, Claude Code and automation, before they're obvious.
Forum meetings. Bring your problems to the roundtable and get insights from founders already past them.
Frame Forum
A wife who won't stop criticizing. A business partner trying to renegotiate. A teenager testing every limit. Every week, one member presents what's actually happening.
The format is strict: others share only lived experience. No advice and no "you shoulds", just what happened when they faced the same thing.
You hear how five different men handled the same situation, and walk out knowing what to try next.
Quarterly assessments
In most hierarchies the talkers rise and the men who produce get passed over. Here, three categories set your rank: biological, social and economic sovereignty, from body fat and your mile time to your family, your home and your cash flow. Measured every quarter and visible to everyone.
35 points max
Fraternity IV requires all seven metrics ranked. The Fraternity V mile must be run on land.
35 points max
Attendance counts #steps, #cafe, seminars, Business Forum, Frame Forum and Territory meetings.
35 points max
Excess cash flow carries to the next quarter and expires after 12 months.
Points from all three categories combine. Higher ranks unlock visibility in the hierarchy and access to high-performer channels.
A Fraternity V has mastered his body, his family and his time-freedom income at the same time. Most men trade their time for money, come home to a family that needs every hour that's left, and cut the only thing that doesn't fight back: their health. When a Fraternity V speaks, you're hearing what actually worked, from a man who had no room to fake it.
This fraternity of men has outmatched anything I've experienced including high performance teams or any other clubs. I've been able to level up economically, socially and especially my health. This group fosters consistency and accountability in all areas while providing daily inspiration and comradery as other members level up. This is my third place. Life is fun for my entire family and I'm not distracted by poor habits or things I can't control. I'm here to build.
Initiation
Initiation is your first six weeks: fitness, nutrition and accountability every day, at your own pace or with the men who start the same month. With coaching, Travis also leads six Frame Forum and six Business Forum sessions. The whole fraternity is open to you from day one. Your cohort is where you build your first relationships inside it.
Questions
No. It's a complete system: custom AI fitness tracking (CalorieBot), structured weekly calls, quarterly rankings and a six-week initiation. Most Discord servers are ghost towns in six months. We've been running for five years.
Minimum: five minutes of daily tracking and one call per week. Most members do more, not because they have to, but because the rhythm becomes part of how they operate.
Many members have jobs while building on the side. The seminars and Business Forum sessions help whether you're optimizing a career or launching something new.
Technology and standards. Daily tracking that is visible, rankings based on results, and a system designed to pull you in, not push you around. Most groups rely on motivation. We built infrastructure. See how we compare with CEO peer groups like YPO and Vistage.
Tournament males compete for territory and status. Pairbonders provision and seek stability. Most modern men default to pairbonding because society removed the need for territorial defense. Tournament Male helps men reclaim both sides of the spectrum. Read the full breakdown
Custom technology, structured accountability and a hierarchy that rewards results, with men who want to see you win.
